PAYMENTS I DO ACCEPT ALL FORMS OF PAYMENT. HOWEVER, FOR CASH PAYMENTS, I OFFER: $5 OFF ON SERVICES LESS THAN $100 $10 OFF ON SERVICES MORE THAN $100 COMING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT Please do not walk back to my room until your scheduled appointment time. If you absolutely have to come early, there are waiting benches in the hallway and a couch in the lobby. I will come and grab you when i’m ready for you. Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment!! Now that I have a Studio, I only have the space to accommodate the person receiving the service. If you bring someone with you to your appointment, they will be required to sit on the bench in the hallway, or the couch in the lobby. REFUNDS I do not offer refunds. I strive to provide the highest level of service. If you wish to have something adjusted (this does not include you changing your mind about what you want afterwards. this is only applicable for things we discussed in the consultation), please contact me within a week of your original appointment. APPOINTMENT CHANGES If you change your appointment to a smaller service during the 48 hour cancellation period (scroll down for cancellation policy details), you will be required to pay for the service you recieve, AND 50% of the service you were originally down for. RUNNING LATE? No worries, just make sure to shoot me a text. After 10 minutes, an additional $10 will be added onto your total for that day. If you are more than 15 minutes late to a color appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and we will have to reschedule. If you’re getting a haircut or any service under an hour, the appointment will be cancelled after 10 minutes. You will be charged the cancellation fee. NO CALL NO SHOWS If you do not show up for your appointment, you will have to pay the cancellation fee. You can reschedule your appointment with me ONE time after the incident. If you do not show up the second time, our relationship will be terminated and you will no longer be able to make appointments with me.
